Electrical Vehicle Charger Installations
- Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- Where you are unsure about any of the information supplied in this quotation, please make contact to discuss any queries, the company will work with you to explain any element you are unsure of.
- It is possible that issues may arise on the day of installation, these could incur extra costs or result in an aborted visit charge.
- Therefore, if you think there is any reason why we might not be able to complete your installation on the day please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancelled Installation
After acceptance of the quotation, there will be 14 days in which to change your mind and not go ahead with the installation, after this period cancellation will result in an admin fee of £80.
Aborted Visit
A charge of £80 may be made.
Cancelled Appointments
With only or, less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of £80.
Delays
The Company will not be responsible for delays outside its control, every effort will be made to complete works within a set schedule.
Material
All materials supplied by the Company remain its property until paid for in full and until then may be removed from the site by the Company or its agents at any time, whether fixed or not and it is an express condition that we as the Company will not be liable for any subsequent damage arising from the removal of fixed materials not paid for in full.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, remittance is due within 7 days of installation.
Charges for late payment
The Company reserve the right to add administration charges, from the invoice due date for any late payments, should the Company have to employ other services to recover payment, the customer will be liable for all additional costs/fees, plus interest.
Variations
Any variation/additional works from the original quotation/estimate will be charged extra over the original quotation.
Warranty
The EV Charger warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Our Liability
We won’t be responsible for:
- Any failure of the EV charger to function correctly;
- Any costs, loss or damage you suffer as a result of events outside our reasonable control;
- Any reduced quality of the electrical supply to your property causing the EV charger to malfunction due to under-voltage, loss of phase or other abnormality including a tripping protective device;
- Where an earth rod has been installed, any increase in the resistance to earth caused by seasonal conditions resulting in the EV charger malfunctioning.
