Nightmare to setup
The setup and gui is all over the place to setup, the booklet provides some pretty old school setup steps requiring a laptop.
The app disconnected for no apparent reason in the first couple of days, but since then seems to have settled and the app has been refreshed to a new one which on the face of it seems more user friendly.
I would love to be able to lock the cable when not in use as per another review, but I don’t think that is a feature.
The side of the unit looks awful, but face on it looks nice.
Overall it does work and hopefully with a few minor improvements it’ll get better.

Good value for money install good works in wet weather. Be patient when setting up.

I am on my Second Pro Earth, i sold the first one with my house sale. solid reliable and good value, newer model comes all black and can have 4G if you option it, easy to install and set up
decent chargepoint box
The box is good and offers plenty of functionality through the app. The app is not particularly simple to use though and in my case the wifi signal (home internet is not strong) means occasional connectivity issues.
